In early June, the Australia Japan Society of Queensland (AJS-Qld) turned its focus to the future of the bilateral relationship by partnering with the Australia Japan Youth Dialogue (AJYD).
AJYD Co-Chair Erin McCullagh introduced the role of the AJYD in promoting the bilateral relationship through its annual Dialogue and encouraged audience members to apply for the program which is scheduled to be held in Japan in late 2022.
We were also thrilled to have four past participants in the Dialogue join us for a highly interactive Q&A session.
The AJS-Qld is grateful to Kohei Tamura, Sara-Jane Seery, Nathan Williams and Ashley Chandler for sharing their experiences of the program. Kohei, Sara-Jane, Nathan, Ashley and Erin are all outstanding alumni of the AJYD and the AJS-Qld values their commitment to the Australia Japan relationship and the inspiration they provide to others.
