The Qld Department of Education International initiatives provide the chance for students in year 10-12 and Japanese teachers to visit Japan, immerse themselves in the language and culture, and deepen their understanding.
A range of guest teacher and student programs are available in Japan. Some of these programs have a STEM focus as well as a language focus for which STEM teachers without Japanese language are encouraged to apply.
