Tucked away down a lane leading off Burleigh’s James Street, it comprises several cosy interior spaces as well as covered outdoor dining.
The buzz from laughter and chat of happy diners, traditional decor and the unmistakable aroma of Japanese bar cuisine combines to provide a great atmosphere. An evening here will have you feeling like you’re back in Japan.
The menu features Hiroshima style okonomiyaki, the freshest sashimi and sushi, as well delicious soft shell crab, takoyaki, tempura, karaage and plenty more to tempt diners. Those craving something sweet to finish can indulge in matcha cheesecake, scoops of black sesame, matcha or green tea sorbet and Oi’s own twist on a traditional anmitsu.
In addition to a full range of Japanese beers, sakes and whisky the staff are only too happy to whip you up one of their special cocktails.
