Dear members and friends of the AJS-Q,

I hope you and your families are safe and well amidst the recent unprecedented changes to work and daily life as a result of COVID-19 related restrictions.

Communication and connection has never been more important. So, while we cannot meet in person the AJS-Q will continue to keep members and friends connected via our website, enewsletter, Facebook, and Twitter

Please note that the Society’s Japanese Study Group has moved to an online conference call facility instead of its regular Thursday afternoon ‘face to face’ meetings (please see the advert for details of how to join). This is a great way to stay connected while honing your Japanese language skills.

AJS-Q Committee meetings have also been moved to an online format.

Please take care of your families, friends and those who may need assistance in your neighbourhood or wider community.

Margaret Rackemann
