Donations for Noto Peninsula Earthquake Relief
On 1 January 2024, the Mw=7.5 Noto Peninsula Earthquake struck the Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan.

Teamwork between parents and teachers to support children’s learning of Japanese as community language

The recent Australia-wide ANJCL interview study revealed that children who have connections with Japan and learn Japanese as community language need a variety of support.

In this seminar, we will discuss how important it is for such support to be provided not only by parents themselves but also through teamwork between parents and teachers.

Based on this idea, the presenters and the audience will share their experiences, knowledge and advice on how to support children’s learning.
